Installation Method of Filter Impellers

1.First, gently remove the outer cover of the filter barrel.
This step is to begin handling the internal components, so please proceed with caution.

2.Next, rotate and remove the rotating cover according to the direction indicated by the arrow.
Be sure to follow the arrow’s direction and avoid using excessive force to prevent damaging the parts.

3.Then, remove the magnetic rotor according to the arrow direction and replace it.
When replacing, please ensure the new magnetic rotor is installed in the correct position to avoid any directional errors that may affect performance.

4.Finally, after installing the new magnetic rotor, replace and tighten the rotating cover.
Make sure the rotating cover is securely fixed to prevent any leakage or performance issues due to loosening

Filter Impeller Features & Characteristics

  • What is a Filter Impeller? It is a key component used for liquid or air filtration, commonly found in aquariums, fish tanks, small water treatment devices, etc.

  • What environments is it suitable for? It is ideal for small systems that clean water or air. It should not be used in environments containing iron filings, sand particles, or highly acidic materials.

  • How do I choose the right size? The size should be selected based on the equipment’s requirements, ensuring the impeller size matches the flow rate needs. Avoid picking one that is too large or too small, as it can affect efficiency.

  • How long does the Filter Impeller last? The lifespan depends on usage frequency and maintenance. Regular maintenance can extend its service life.

  • How do I clean and maintain the Filter Impeller? Regularly clean the magnetic rotor and surrounding components with warm water and a soft cloth. Avoid using strong acids or abrasive cleaners. Check for accumulated debris regularly to ensure smooth rotor operation.

  • Is the Filter Impeller noisy? Noise levels depend on the impeller size, rotation speed, and installation environment. Choosing the correct size and ensuring proper installation can help reduce noise.

  • How can I tell if the Filter Impeller needs to be replaced? If the impeller surface shows significant wear, cracks, or weakened magnetism, or if the filtration efficiency noticeably decreases, it is recommended to replace the rotor.

  • Can I customize the Filter Impeller? We offer customization services and can adjust the size and design according to your needs, ensuring a perfect fit for your equipment and environment.
