MAGNETIC HOOKS

Super Strong Neodymium Mganetic Hooks

Steel shells are used in magnetic hooks to guide the magnetic field lines. The steel magnetic field lines are focused on the working surface, which results in a huge improvement in unilateral magnetic force, and the suction power is several times greater than that of ordinary magnets.

The steel shell is designed not only to protect the magnet from impacts and, thus, prolong its life cycle but also to minimize the magnetic loss using the closed magnetic circuit, thus being highly effective in home or high-load scenarios.

Composition of Magnetic Hooks

The three main components magnets have are steel, a powerful neodymium magnet, a hook made of stainless steel, and a steel shell used to direct the magnetic field to the direction where the magnetic pull is maximized. Therefore, these powerful magnets create a stronger magnetic field compared to regular magnets, so they are widely used to secure everyday items without needing to screw anything on or having any extra tools to use.

Magnet

A neodymium (NdFeB) magnet is usually used to make the magnet in the magnetic hook, which is the main part of it. In some high-demand application scenarios, the magnetism of neodymium magnets can be more than the magnetism of simple magnets by more than a few times. As a result, the magnetic hook can be used to carry kitchen utensils, keys, and other tools easily. TOPMAG magnetic hooks can give out at least 1.0 kg of pull force, and as a result, you will be able to hang a lot of things without the pressure of adding more tools.

Pulling test

The magnetic hook’s outer shell is generally constructed of steel, a procedure with two points. The steel shell serves as a good self-protection for the magnet so that it does not get affected or knocked in daily use. On the other hand, the steel shell helps the magnetic field lines to be concentrated, i.e., by bringing the force of the magnet to the surface, the pulling power is increased while at the same time reducing the magnetic loss.

Normally, the hook part is made of stainless steel, which gives it the power and durability needed to resist corrosion effectively. The magnetic hook continues to work well for a long time, and despite corrosion and ageing, it remains the same; in fact, it’s like new, and no corrosion or ageing is seen after a long time.

Standard Sizes of Magnetic Hooks

Magnetic hooks are available in a wide range of sizes and specifications to satisfy the needs of a variety of situations. Depending on the weight of the objects to be hung and the available space, you can select from a variety of sizes suitable for both light and heavy-duty applications.

Application of Magnetic Hooks

Magnetic hooks, extremely powerful with their unconventional configuration and strong magnetic forces, are popularly used for different purposes requiring tidying up and hanging items.

In the house kitchen, they can be applied to putting the hooks on the wall and then used to hang small tools like spoons and tea towels, thus allowing the countertop to look cleaner and familiar.

In the garages or workshops, magnetic hooks can hold tools like wrenches and hammers thanks to the magnetic feature on their surface. Thus, they will not be scattered.

In office environments, they can hang headphones, keys or cables, contributing to the efficiency of the shared space.

For campers who like to spend time in the outdoor zone, the hooks can be set up for lighting purposes or for holding outdoor tools to organise space and make the site more convenient either now or later on.

Magnetic Hooks Usage Process

1.Choose the right installation location. Pick a level, clean steel area of iron wall, metal rack, or storage cabinet. Ensure the magnetic hook is able to hold up quite well on a metal surface. To increase the chance of the best adhesion, do not use surfaces that are moist, dusty, or oily.

2.Secure the Hook: Position the magnetic hook near the metal surface, and the magnet will automatically glue. Affix the hook to the surface so that it is held safely. No need for tools or extra installation, the procedure is simple and fast.

3.Hang the tools, any clothes, or light objects on the hook. The weight limit that the hook has must be strictly obeyed; if not, damage or even fall-off can be experienced.

Magnetic Hook Usage Process

Magnetic Hook Packaging Process

First, thoroughly clean and remove any dirt or debris. To ensure the magnetic hooks remain intact during transportation, we segregate each magnetic hook into a small box or a plastic bag. Additionally, we use 5-ply corrugated cartons with bubble wrap and filling materials inside to secure movement. This gives the product an excellent level of protection.

Magnetic Hooks Features & Characteristics

  • How much weight can a magnetic hook hold? The weight capacity of a magnetic hook typically ranges from 1 to 20 kilograms, depending on the size and strength of the magnet. Please refer to the product label for specific details.

  • What surfaces are magnetic hooks suitable for? Magnetic hooks are suitable for ferromagnetic metal surfaces, such as steel and iron. They will not work on wood, plastic, or glass.

  • Will magnetic hooks scratch my walls or furniture? Generally, no. If you need extra protection, it is recommended to place a protective pad between the hook and the surface.

  • Will the magnetic hook fall off? On appropriate ferromagnetic surfaces, the magnetic hook will not fall off, as long as it is used within its maximum weight capacity.

  • How do I remove the magnetic hook? Gently pull up the edge of the hook or move it horizontally with some force. Avoid pulling it suddenly.

  • What are magnetic hooks used for? Magnetic hooks are great for hanging keys, tools, clothes, kitchen items, and more. They are versatile and suitable for home, office, and garage use.
