Cost-Effective Injection Molded Ferrite Magnets

Injection molded ferrite magnets are a type of bonded magnet. They are made by mixing ferrite powder with a binder and then forming the material through injection molding.

Ferrite magnetic powder does not contain rare earth elements. Its magnetic performance is lower than NdFeB, but it offers lower cost, stable chemical properties, and good corrosion resistance. Injection molded ferrite magnets are suitable for home appliance motors, fans, water pumps, and other cost-sensitive magnetic components.
